We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All service agreements are subject to written estimates and signed contracts before work begins.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for our services. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during the project. Any changes to the scope of work or pricing will be communicated to you in writing before proceeding.

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. Our workmanship warranty covers labor and installation for the period specified in your service agreement. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and terms vary by product. We will provide you with all warranty information at the time of service.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by acts of nature, improper maintenance, modifications by others, or normal wear and tear beyond the warranty period.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee. We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests based on our availability.

Liability and Insurance

SkyFort Cooper City Roofs is fully licensed and insured. We carry liability insurance and workers compensation coverage to protect you and our team. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not responsible for damage to property not directly related to the agreed-upon work or for pre-existing conditions not disclosed or discovered during inspection.

By hiring our services, you grant us permission to access your property for the duration of the project. You are responsible for securing pets, removing valuable items from work areas, and ensuring safe access to all areas where work will be performed.
